Brian Judkins
General Counsel
Brian Judkins is executive vice president and general counsel at VITAS Healthcare, the nation’s leading provider of end-of-life care.
He leads a team of attorneys responsible for regulatory, corporate governance, and litigation matters.
Brian also serves as Chief Legal Officer of Chemed Corporation (NYSE: CHE). VITAS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Chemed.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan and a juris doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Brian is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Cincinnati Bar Association. He is the former chair of 4C for Children, a nonprofit agency that promotes early childhood education and training, and now serves on the Board of Directors of the Cincinnati Parks Foundation.
