Bryan Wysong

Executive Vice President of Operations

Bryan Wysong is executive vice president of operations at VITAS Healthcare, the nation’s leading provider of end-of-life care.

Bryan joined VITAS in 2014 as an internal management consultant. He swiftly rose through the ranks to hold various leadership positions including senior director, vice president, head of high acuity services, and senior vice president of operational performance. His promotion to EVP of operations in 2024 underscores his contributions to the organization's success and his commitment to operational excellence.

In addition to his existing responsibilities within operational performance, high-acuity, and quality improvement, Bryan oversees the home medical equipment division, VITAS Palliative Care entities, and the VITAS hospice admissions team.

For more than a decade, Bryan has played a pivotal role in driving business results and operational improvement initiatives. Prior to joining VITAS, he held senior leadership positions at Capital One and Deloitte.

Bryan has served on multiple committees and work groups for the National Alliance for Care at Home (formerly under the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization), including service on the Quality & Standards and Government Affairs committees.

Bryan holds an executive MBA from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s degrees in transportation and logistics, management information systems, and German from The Ohio State University.
